Delivery & Returns

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order

We aim to despatch you order within 5 working days not including weekends and bank holidays, usually cakes can be despatched before 5 working days.  However please contact us if you need a cake before this  as we can often process orders placed before 2pm for despatch the following day arriving the day after that. If you have a cake emergency we  may be able to send a cake out that day if we know early enough! So please contact us and we will try our best.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Parcels are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature at the delivery address. to  . Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days. Please ensure that you give a full and complete delivery address including full postcode.

We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Royal Mail Special delivery is by 1pm the day after despatch, and Royal Mail will not leave your parcel without a signature. It will be taken back to your nearest depot and they will leave a card with instructions for you.

 Your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Vegan Cake Direct shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

A gift tag is included for your message which can be left blank in the top of the box for you to sign or we can write a message for you. If we write the message for you we reserve th right to reject any message which may cause offence.

Upon receipt of your order we will e  mail you to confirm your order and delivery date, however do not hesitate to contact us with queries.

You may order by telephone from Vegan Cake Direct on 07951215121 . We will ask that you send a cheque for the full amount of your order and  full details for your order. Upon your cheque clearing we will contact you to organise a delivery date.

 We take great care to ensure your order is carefully  baked, packaged and despatched to ensure it reaches you in good condition. However if you have any complaints please contact us immediately and within 24 hours on 07951215121 and we will get back to you.

This also applies if you think your order may have gone missing. Royal Mail special deliveries are tracked by us the day after despatch, however in the unlikely event of your order going missing we will endeavour to send a replacement product or refund.

Force Majeure
Vegan Cake Direct shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
