A vegan version of carrot cake made with organic carrots, organic cinnamon and topped with a vanilla frosting. As with all of our cakes organic ingredients are used wherever possible, flour, sugar spices, oil, and icing sugar. We can do a version without cinnamon and we can add raisins and/or walnuts if you prefer to make this vegan cake special for you.
