Made with no wheat or gluten containing ingredients.This is a trditional style Victoria Sponge Cake made with gluten and wheat free flour, vanilla extraxt and filled with fruit spread and vanilla icing made with organic icing sugar and organic vanilla extract.Please note we do have wheatflour in our bakery but it is stored seperately and all these free from cakes are made seperately to wheat based cakes.
